David Beckham was spotted with pretty in grey - baby girl Harper - celebrating the launch of Victoria’s new collection in New York this week.

We loved Harper’s little grey cashmere dress. Grey is the black of children's fashion, it still offers a smart look to an outfit without the boldness of black. We picked out some of our own LGF’s that’s Little Favs for the mini wardrobe and some tips to help brighten up grey.

• Look for citrus or fluorescent shades which always compliment the flatness and formality of grey. Yellows and greens are perfect for preschoolers who enjoy fun colours.
• To soften up if you are not that adventurous stick to plain pastel shades which are great with any grey especially dark grey shades
